What are the operating hours of Hockley Gym?
Hockley gym is a 24 hour access facility upon joining us you will receive a pin code you can use any time of the day.
Do I need to be an experienced gym-goer to join?
Not at all! Hockley Gym welcomes members of all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes, we are a friendly community who will help each other achieve our goals even when they seem impossible !
What amenities are included with my membership?
Your membership includes access to all fitness areas, cardio, free weights and machine weights. From this 12 month contact deal you will also be offered a free welcoming PT session to answer any questions you may have. This session can also help familiarize you with our kit and how to use it safely.
Is there a dress code for the gym
Yes, proper gym attire is required including athletic shoes and appropriate workout clothes.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes members can freeze their membership whenever they feel they need to and however long they may need to this way you waste any time on your membership.
Do you have any personal trainers ?
Yes hockey gym has a handful of personal trainers who are always around on the gym floor who are more than happy to answer any questions you may have, we are a community !
